110 Above Festival Black Honey

Thank you!

What an amazing weekend that was!

What an amazing weekend that was!

A massive thank you to everyone for making 110 Above Festival 2017 the BEST year yet.

We entered the weekend a little worried not knowing how our amazing '110 regulars' would take to the changes we had made and we were super keen to impress newcomers. This meant that a huge amount of effort went into preparing a stunning setting - a massive thanks to everyone who gave up their valuable time and helped to create some truly special spaces around "Gopsall".

We are so thankful that the feedback we have had has been absolutely brilliant and it really feels like we've taken another step in the right direction.

As always, we can't wait to hear your views so we can make a few tweaks to make the festival is even better! We'll be looking at adding more caterers / better stock management, a few more toilets in the family camping area so there is less distance to walk and ensure our security team fully understands the go easy indie vibe! We will send a survey out within the next couple of weeks to gather your views :-)

We are left with so many special memories of the weekend whether it be the fun of the Commune Stage, the romance of The Old Town Hall stage or the "anything can happen" of the Gopsall Inn. A few (of many) highlights include the setting sun piercing through the Old Town Hall's circular window whilst Jordan Mackampa swept us away with his beautiful tones, Eliza And The Bear's flamingo cameo appearance, Sundara Karma fully justifying their Saturday night headline billing with an electric performance, Marsicans making us smile come rain or shine and impromptu sessions in the Gopsall Inn (Idle Frets were given 5 minutes warning and were still amazing!). Please share your highlights in the comments section. 110 Above truly felt like a place of togetherness during the weekend.

What more can we say apart from THANK YOU, thank you, thank you...and hopefully see you next year....
